In order to provide our Services to you, we use Automated License Plate Recognition (“ALPR“) technology to collect information relating to vehicles that enter the facilities that utilize our Services. We use this information to provide our Services and to detect, investigate, report and address incidents, and non-compliance with operating rules or illegal activities occurring in or around the facilities.
We take steps to protect ALPR information. ALPR information is password protected, encrypted in transit and storage, and not used for purposes other than those disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We also maintain access controls and access logs designed to ensure accuracy and integrity of the ALPR information collected. When using the ALPR information in connection with the investigation of an incident, we consider it along with other available information.
ALPR information is stored for approximately 180 days before it is permanently deleted, unless we need to retain the information, such as notices and records of violations, for compliance with applicable law, investigation of specific incidents, upon request of law enforcement or other valid legal processes.
